The shop is now rented by a car audio store. Another project, No. 15 underground, covers an area of 1,147 square feet, with a change of about RMB 16.8 million. The price is about 15,000 yuan. The shop is rented by the restaurant. The two transactions involved a total of about 26.25 million yuan.
