Investor Guo Yinglong dismantled the shop at the Kangjing Garden in Tuen Mun, and temporarily suspended the two shops for about $26.25 million.

Guo Yinglong, the chief executive of the former Midland China Department, holds a shop in Tuen Mun Kang King Garden. It has recently been demolished and involved a total of 17 street shops with an area of about 552 to 1,210 square feet. The news means that the project temporarily recorded two transactions, namely the underground shop No. 18, with an area of about 552 square feet, with a change of about 9.45 million yuan, and a price of about 17,000 yuan. The shop is now rented by a car audio store. Another project, No. 15 underground, covers an area of 1,147 square feet, with a change of about RMB 16.8 million. The price is about 15,000 yuan. The shop is rented by the restaurant. The two transactions involved a total of about 26.25 million yuan.
