Hong Hui Chairman’s Peak Road No. 52

The Mansion, No. 52, Peak Road, Peak District, held by Hong Kong Group (00183) Chairman Pang Weixin, was approved for dismantling by the Buildings Department in February this year. The building has a usable area of about 4873 square meters and can rebuild the floor area of about 5452 square feet. In addition, China Resources Land (01109) or the relevant persons held No. 1 to 4 of the Central Sanzang Lane were also approved for demolition. The site covers an area of about 5223 square meters. It is expected that the reconstructed building will have a floor area of about 47,000 square feet.
