Liu Jiahui, chief analyst of Midland Properties, pointed out that in the first four months of this year, a total of 5,561 new pre-sale units were registered, a year-on-year increase of approximately 46.8% year-on-year, compared with 3,788 units in the same period of last year; on the contrary, a total of pre-sale units were approved during the period. Only 3,213 gangs, a decrease of 59% year-on-year compared with 7,846 gangs in the same period last year.
