To be approved for pre-sale of 1.48 million five-year high

The Lands Department announced the pre-sale consent documents for the pre-sale of the previous month. There were 3 new applications for pre-sales, involving 1,009 gangs. Liu Jiahui, chief analyst of Midland Properties, pointed out that in the first four months of this year, a total of 5,561 new pre-sale units were registered, a year-on-year increase of approximately 46.8% year-on-year, compared with 3,788 units in the same period of last year; on the contrary, a total of pre-sale units were approved during the period. Only 3,213 gangs, a decrease of 59% year-on-year compared with 7,846 gangs in the same period last year.

The Lands Department approved two new pre-sale consents in April, a total of 682. New York’s Yuen Long PARK YOHO Phase 2C (namely, Juncui Development Phase 2C) was approved for pre-sale and provided 538 people. The expected date of occupation is April 2019. Lixin (00488), which works with the Urban Renewal Authority, on the 9th, Sai Wan Ho Street in Tsuen Wan, involved 144 people. It also approved pre-sales. The expected occupancy date is June 2020.
