The Central Plains valuation index forced 70 to continue

the CVI latest report of the Central Plains Valuation Index (main bank) this week was 71.35 points, down 5.86 points from 77.21 points last week. As the bank mortgages were not cooled, the CVI continued to approach 60. point. In the past, the CVI has dropped to around 60 points twice, and then stopped falling. The trend of property prices has changed from a sharp rise to a slight increase in the same period. In the next few weeks, CVI will provide an important reference for property prices.
