45% of young people are arguing that property prices are expensive and do not consider entering the market

A telephone survey conducted by the Public Housing Association and the new forum last month successfully visited 2,663 citizens, of whom 1048 were young people between the ages of 18 and 40. The survey found that 48.3% of the interviewed young people consider buying a building, which is far higher than the 32.6% calculated by the overall visitor. In the survey, 44.7% of young people said that they did not consider buying property. The main reason was that the property price was too high, accounting for 39.6% of the total. The PRH and the new forum proposed that the government resume the first home loan program, as well as increase the number of subsidized homes for sale and lower the price.
