Zhao Shiguang’s daughter-in-law 70 million to buy Saigon

According to the Land Registry, a plot of land at Zhujiao Road near Sai Kung Road was changed to 70 million yuan last month. The original owner bought it for 55 million yuan in 2009 and earned 15 million yuan (about 27%). The site was undertaken by LEE SHING HONG DOMINIQUE, and it was the same as the name of the late Chinese tycoon Zhao Chengguang’s son-in-law Li Chengkang.
