According to the unit type, among the 1377 people who sold the above 4 new discs in January, 668 (about 48.5%) belonged to the 2 bedroom units, accounting for the largest proportion of all the units; followed by 3 units or more, sold 374 people, accounting for 27.2%; open and one-bedroom units have about 335, accounting for 24.3%.
