Quanji Industrial Building unit was acquired by the consortium for 42 million

According to the Land Registry, Room B, 2/F, Chun Kei Industrial Building, 15-23 Health Street, Kwai Chung, has a gross floor area of about 11456 square metres. It was purchased by King Kam (Hong Kong) Limited for $42 million and the price was about $3666. The original owner purchased it for 2 million yuan in 2002, holding the goods for about 17 years, and the book profit was 40 million yuan, a substantial appreciation of 20 times. The building had a 9-storey floor with a turnover of about $500 million last month. The market is expected to continue the acquisition of the consortium that purchased the 9-storey floor.
