The full-scale high-rise of the E-Europe Trade Center in Central, China, was sold at a price of about 39,500 yuan, setting a new high for the project.

The unit area is 5,261 square feet, involving about 208 million yuan.

It is reported that the transaction was conducted in the form of company share transfer. According to the data, the unit was originally held by investor Li Jinyuan. In 2005, the company purchased the unit in the name of the company for 357.75 million yuan. The goods were held for 14 years, and the book profit was 172 million yuan, an appreciation of 4.8 times.

The last transaction of the project was recorded in June last year, and the low-rise unit was sold at a price of 33,000 yuan, a record high. The latest price record has risen by about 20%.
