According to the information, in April 2016, the company applied for the above-mentioned land application for residential development. It plans to build 27 single-storey, three-storey independent houses with an average area of ​​about 2372 square feet. It is proposed to develop 11 three-storey high-rise houses and increase the green space through a stepped platform and design to enhance the shutdown.
