The developer Star Property had previously applied for a residential building with a plot ratio of 5.37 times. However, after the scheme was rejected, it was a comeback. The plan was reduced to a development rate of 5 times of the plot ratio. The proposed 25-storey property was supplied by 335 units. The 353 groups of the old scheme were reduced by 18 groups, with a range of about 5%. It is reported that the residential floor area of the project is about 166,700 square meters. In addition, 4413 square shops and service restaurants are required.
