Lai Chi Kok Road Project Mini built commercial building

Investor Yang Shi applied for the development of the office, shop and service industry for the 269 Lai Chi Kok Road project in Sham Shui Po. The construction of an 11-storey mini commercial building involves only about 10,000 square feet of the total floor area.

The project occupies an area of approximately 1,107 square feet and is adjacent to Wanan Tower. It plans to build a Ginza-style commercial building. It will be used for shops and retail purposes from the ground floor to the second floor. It involves about 1,844 square feet, and the remaining floors are office floors. 8,100 square feet. The applicant is an investor Yang Yuxia.

In addition, the land used for the greening of the Causeway Bay Road in Sha Tin, which was chaired by Chairman Huang Guangmiao of Nakasu Group, was proposed to be converted into residential development. The construction of 390 layered houses and bungalow units was reviewed earlier and the Town Planning Board discussed on Friday (15th). The Planning Department does not support the application and believes that there are high-density vegetation and trees in the area. There is no strong reason to relocate residential development. It does not show that it does not have a negative impact on nature conservation, environmental landscape, etc., and it is difficult to make a success.
