Internal transfer 502 last month, two years high

Q Fangwang Hong Kong Data Research Center compiled the Land Registry data. In May, there were 5,336 second-hand residential transactions registered, down 1.2% month-on-month, but it was more than 5,000 in two consecutive months, reappearing after six and a half years.

Chen Kunxing, managing director of Q Fangwang Hong Kong, pointed out that there were 502 internal transfer cases in May, which rose for three months and rose by 3.29% month-on-month, a record high of nearly two years, reflecting that many owners are optimistic about the market outlook and through internal transfers. By way of delisting, the deployment will later enter the market as a “first place” to buy a building.
