Wanchai Rong’an Building acquired 6 groups with 102 million

According to the Land Registry, the Wing On Building at 5 to 11 Bowrington Road, Wan Chai recorded another six acquisitions yesterday, involving a total investment of about 102 million yuan. The 15th floor, Room B, has a usable area of 304 square feet, with a registered transaction price of 10.19 million yuan and a price of 33,520 yuan.

The unit was acquired by the same company in 2015 for 6.69 million yuan, and the acquisition was cancelled in 2016. The purchase price was substantially increased by 52%. The original owner purchased the unit for 3.65 million yuan in 2013, and held the goods for 1.8 years. According to statistics, SHKP (00016) or related parties, as early as in 2015, acquired the building and cancelled mergers and acquisitions until April of this year. It has accumulated 17 houses and one ground floor.
