Zhongyuan Dawan District Index

The Central Plains Dawan District Index reported 109.95 in April, up 2.12% month-on-month. A total of 12 indices in 11 cities were fully reported, which was the first time since June 2018 that the 12 indexes had all recorded increases. The 12 indices rose by 0.82% to 3.44%. The Hong Kong Index of the Dawan District recorded a 3.19% increase in a single month. It is the city with the largest index increase in the four central cities (Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen and Guangzhou). The Dawan District Index hit its biggest increase in nine months.
