Prince Edward Road West Building Entire Building Intention Price 300 Million

No. 264, 264A and 264B Prince Edward Road West, Ho Man Tin was tendered at an intent price of $300 million. The whole building is three storeys high with a total of nine teams. It is now fully leased out. The site area is approximately 5,767 square feet, which is calculated by five times the plot ratio. A total of approximately 28,835 square feet of land will be reconstructed at a price of approximately $10,404. However, it is not known whether land premiums will be required under the land lease. The land was closed on Thursday, July 5 (Thursday).

According to the Land Registry, two companies purchased one-third of their ownership rights in 1997 and 2001 for approximately 13 million and 6.6 million yuan respectively. The directors of Yuet Zhuo Enterprise Co., Ltd. are CHENG KAM WA THOMAS and Zheng Jinhua. The accountant’s name is the same.
