New Guide to the Bureau of Local Education

The Estate Agents Authority publishes a pamphlet entitled “Non-Local Students’ Guide to Hong Kong B & B” to help non-local students understand the points to be paid when renting properties in Hong Kong. For example, the HOS flats must be subsidized premium and the landlord is required to be agreed by the landlord.

The Chief Executive Officer of the EAA, Mr Han Wan Ping, pointed out that the matters should be taken into account when entrusting licensed real estate agents, entering into estate agreements and selecting properties.

Mr Han said that most non-local students are not familiar with the property leasing situation in Hong Kong and the responsibilities and services of estate agents. We have published this new booklet for reference by non-local students and have both traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English version.
