CLP (00002) and Sino Place (00083) co-developed the former CLP headquarters redevelopment project at No. 139 to 147 Argyle Street in Homantin to complete the land premium of 2.02 billion yuan, with a land compensation price of about 6,525 yuan per square foot. Will provide 175 groups.

The Lands Department announced that the reconstruction project of the former CLP headquarters at No. 139 to 147 Argyle Street in Ho Man Tin had involved five locations. The land premium procedure was completed in recent months. The land premium involved was about 2.02 billion yuan, with a residential floor of 309,700. In terms of square feet, the land price per square foot is about 6,525 yuan.

In 2011, CLP has planned a redevelopment plan, in which the bell tower will be preserved and reactivated and museum facilities will be set up. The residential section will build 3 tiered houses and provide 175 people.

Ideal Kowloon Tong luxury residential land premium 65.57 million

In addition, the ideal group Mingyuan Garden, No.48 Ashason Road, No.48, La Salle Road, Kowloon Tong, completed the land premium of RMB 65.57 million. The site area of the project is approximately 9,500 sq. ft., with a reconstructed floor area of approximately 17,100 sq. ft. per sq. ft. The floor price of 3,836 yuan will be set in the basement parking lot.
