The property supervision bureau regulates property advertisements to take effect in December

The Estate Agents Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Lands Supervision Bureau) has issued a practice notice in response to the concern of the community concerned about the authenticity of property advertisements issued by the agency. It will take effect on December 1.

The Superintendent’s Office requires the agent to obtain a unique property number for each property that advertises, in addition to the written consent of the owner or the seller before the advertisement is made, and clearly indicate the relevant number and advertising date on the advertisement; After the property is no longer available for sale or lease, or the relevant agency agreement is terminated, the correspondent bank also needs to remove the relevant advertisements as far as practicable.
