Tsim Sha Tsui King Hing Building re-recorded 4 acquisitions

According to the Land Registry’s information, the Jinxing Building in Tsim Sha Tsui, which was 54 years old, re-recorded the case of a Chinese-funded consortium. Among them, 2 residential units were each sold for $25 million, while the second floor shop was changed to $117 million. Among them, a group of 612 square feet of penthouse units with a real area of 275 square feet was sold at a price of 35,000 yuan, which was a price of 35,000 yuan lower than that of the previous month.

The Group has accumulated more than RMB 600 million to acquire 61 and 4 storefronts. It is estimated that 80% of the property has been acquired. It is not excluded that the application will be taken for reconstruction.
