Emperor 595 million to buy Hong Kong Jiantou Shanghuan Commercial Building

Emperor International (00163) announced that it will acquire the entire CentreHollywood, 151 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, for 595 million yuan. The property is a 26-storey commercial building with a total construction area of approximately 32,727 square feet and a price of approximately 18,181 yuan. The property was purchased by Hong Kong International Construction Investment (00687) in February this year for about 700 million yuan. The goods were held for only 4 months, and the book was eroded by 105 million yuan, depreciating 15%.
