The Murray Hotel in Central was officially opened

Wharf Hotel announced that it was rebuilt from the Murray Building in Central, the Murray Hotel yesterday officially opened. Murray Building, the predecessor of The Murray, is a very inspiring government building with nearly 50 years of history as one of the eight historic buildings under the Hong Kong Government’s “Conservation of Central” project.

Designed by Foster + Partners, a renowned architectural and integrative design firm specializing in urban planning, architecture and interior design. The Murray is a 25-storey building with 336 large rooms and suites. Over 75% of the rooms are over 50 square meters in size and offer a variety of rooms and suites.

The Murray offers 5 top restaurants and bars including modern Taiwanese cuisine including The Tai Pan, Garden Lounge, modern design Murray Lane, the top floor Popinjays and the renowned Michelin Cantonese restaurant Kwok Fook.
