Second-hand public housing register for the first time in May was worth 840 million yuan

according to data from the Midland Real Estate Property and Research Center’s Comprehensive Land Registry, 292 registrations of used public housing (including premiums and unfilled land) were recorded during the first five months of this year. Compared with the same period of last year, it rose slightly by approximately 1.7%. The increase in property prices drove the total value of second-hand public housing registrations to 840 million yuan in the first five months of this year, a substantial increase of 24.8% from the same period last year, a record high in the same period.
