DTZ has been commissioned to sell the Jiu Tong Tang Quandong Mansion, a joint building of No. 148, Qianqianwei Road, with a site area of 10,997 square feet, a total construction area of approximately 45,123 square feet and a total usable area of approximately 28,096 square feet. All are large units of more than 1000 square feet, including two characteristic units, and the space is wide.

The property is adjacent to traditional schools such as La Salle College, La Salle Primary School, Marino Classical High School and Pei Dao Middle School. The whole building is named the first one in the district. The owners have been collecting and selling from the property in 2006 and have been on the market for the first time.
