More than 3,200 property registration records in February

According to the Land Registry’s information, according to the Land Registry’s information, there were 3,212 registration records for the whole property (including first-hand, second-hand housing, first-hand public housing, industrial and commercial shops and parking spaces) from the current month (as at 19 February). The 3356 cases in the same period in January decreased by approximately 4.3%; the registered amount involved was approximately 25.321 billion yuan, a decrease of approximately 48.6% from approximately 49.297 billion yuan in the same period in January.

The number of registered residential properties (excluding first-hand public housing) was 2,747, a decrease of about 6.2% from 2928 in the same period in January; the registered value was about 22.665 billion yuan, a decrease of about 21.1% from the same period in January of 28.738 billion yuan.
