Jiayu Shengyu, a leisurely life in the downtown area

Both projects are dominated by one-bedroom
There are only one group on each floor of Jiayu. The whole project is a one-bedroom unit with a usable area of 382 to 490 square feet. The building was converted from the Tang Building. There is no elevator. Similar rental projects are rare, so the rent is relatively low. The first floor of the building is a platform-specific household with a practical area of 490 square feet and an external 100 and 64 square feet. The 4th floor of the building is a terraced apartment with a usable area of 423 square feet and a terrace of 50 square feet.
