New World 737 million purchase of part of the royal theater

New World Development (00017) applied for a compulsory auction to the Lands Tribunal at the North Point Royal Theatre in October last year. The group continued to actively lobby the remaining owners to sell their properties. According to the Land Registry, the theater section and three plots of the property were successfully purchased by New World last month for $736.69 billion.
