Rural fund application for repair of 14 Lai Chi Wo Village House

The Hong Kong Rural Fund, chaired by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Observatory, Mr Lam Tsui-ying, has recently applied to the Town Planning Board for the redevelopment of the 14-storey Sheung Tsui Estate, Sha Tsui Estate, Sha Tin Estate, for residential use, as the second phase of the Lai Chi Wo Hakka Life Experience Village. The total floor area is approximately 4,797 square feet and is estimated to accommodate up to 56 people.
