Two full floors of Wan Chai East Bay have not been put up for sale

According to market news recently, two floors of the 18th and 25th floors of Wanchai Bank of East Asia Harbour Bay Centre held by Bank of East Asia were sold. A BEA spokesman said yesterday that the news was not true and the bank did not reach any agreement to sell the two-storey property. At present, there is no intention to sell the two-storey property.

Bank of East Asia: No intention to sell property

The site is located at 18th floor and 25th floor of Bank of East Asia Harbour Centre, 56 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai. Each floor has an area of approximately 7940 square feet and a total floor area of approximately 15,880 square feet. The building was completed in 1990 and is 29-storey high. One Pacific Bank Center and later Bank of East Asia acquired First Pacific Banking and renamed the property as Bank of East Asia Harbour Center.
