Central China Coastal Society to promote commercial and common use

The Hong Kong Urban Land Institute organized a panel discussion on “Building a new beach in Central Hong Kong”, suggesting that land No. 3 should be a commercial initiative and take into account the development of public space.

John Fitzgerald, chief executive of Asia Pacific, said the reconstruction of land No. 3 would shape future use and change Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Simon Bee, director of global design at Beno, believes that land can be transformed into both commercial and public space for public and tourists.
