Xingsheng Shen splits Meiheng main board listed

Xingsheng Creation (00896) announced that it was listed on the Main Board in the form of an introduction. The latter’s exclusive sponsor, Dingsheng Securities, filed an application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388) yesterday. Xingsheng will distribute Meiheng shares in kind, and each of the 5 shares of Xingsheng will be awarded two shares of Meiheng. Upon completion of the Proposed Spin-off, Xingsheng will no longer retain any interest in the issued share capital of Meiheng, and Meiheng will cease to be its subsidiary.
