The Lands Tribunal received the sixth compulsory auction application this year, involving 189 Johnston Road, Wan Chai and 110 Old Building, Thomson Road. It covers an area of about 1466 square meters and was jointly proposed by An Yi Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Joyful Harvest Enterprises Limited. The director of the company is Tan Jiacheng. The two companies hold a total of 93.75% of the ownership of the above site, and only one unit failed to acquire. The surveyor estimated that the property market value was about 150.87 million yuan.
