Zhongyuan Group Last year’s commission income of 18.9 billion

The 2019 dining party of the Central Asia Pacific Region opened about 225 seats at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre last night. The commission income of the Central Plains Group reached HK$18.9 billion in 2018, resulting in more than 482,000 transactions and leases, with a turnover of over HK$1.12 trillion.

Among them, the Central Asia Pacific Region recorded a commission income of more than 5.4 billion Hong Kong dollars in 2018, and the residential sector accounted for 4.1 billion Hong Kong dollars, a record high, with an industrial and commercial record of 800 million Hong Kong dollars in commission income. Central Plains Real Estate Hong Kong promoted more than 40,000 leases and sales in 2018 with a turnover of over HK$219 billion.
