Car parking spaces May transactions 1071 cases September high

The transfer of funds to the parking space market stimulated the number of pure parking spaces in May to exceed 1,000, a record high of 9 months, and rose 17% month-on-month.

Hong Zhi Estate Chief Executive Officer Li Zhicheng stated that the number of pure parking spaces registered in May was once again breaking the 1,000-level level. According to the latest information from the Land Registry, 1,071 net parking spaces were registered in May, an increase of approximately 17% from the 915 cases in April. They have risen for two months and reached a new high of 9 months.

The parking lot price rose, with more than 1 million yuan registered parking space, accounting for more than 70%. The number of pure parking spaces worth more than 1 million yuan recorded 794 registrations, which accounted for more than 74% of the total registered parking spaces. Comparing 689 cases in April, 105 cases were the most, with a rate of increase of approximately 15.2%.

New Territories 765 transaction increased by 36%

As regards pure parking spaces worth 500,000 yuan or less, 47 registrations were registered, and 230 parking spaces worth more than 500,000 yuan to 1 million yuan were registered.
