A basket of property sales in Wan Chai

Mo Kaijie, regional director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Department, said that he had been entrusted with the sale of a basket of properties in Sun Street, Wan Chai. The tender closing date was July 20. The properties involved are the 4th floor of Shun Ho House, 1 to 1A Sun Street, the ground floor and loft, 2nd floor and the platform, and the 3rd floor of Sunrise Building, 2 Sun Street. The property has a floor area of 281 to 570 square feet and is of reconstructed value. Market participants estimate that the market value of the property is approximately HK$180 million.
