Tin Lok’s entire floor sold for nearly 50 million

The Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board recently purchased a full-floor flat on the 33rd floor of Tianle Plaza in Wanchai with an area of approximately 3496 sq ft with a consideration of approximately RMB 48.24 million. The transaction price was RMB 13,800. The Chairman of the Eighth Group, Liao Weilin, said that when the property was purchased in November last year, the price appreciated by about 30%.

Tin Lok Plaza is located at the junction of Morrison Hill Road and Wan Chai Road in Wan Chai. It is about a 5-minute walk from Times Square at Causeway Bay MTR Station. There are also a number of bus routes nearby to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. The Plaza was completed in 1997 and consists of 36 floors. Each floor has an area of about 3496 square feet. There are 3 units on each floor in principle. Currently, all floors are mainly occupied by users.
