Jinshang Road will build public housing in 3 places

The Town Planning Board revised the Kam Tin South Outline Zoning Plan last year to convert the three sites in the vicinity of Yuen Long West Rail Kam Sheung Road Station into residential uses for the construction of some 9,000 public housing flats.
