Tsim Sha Tsui King Hing material searched over 70% of the title

According to the Land Registry, 47 transactions were recorded in Kam Hing Building, 49-51 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. The transaction price was $3.5 million to $68.5 million and the total value was about $456 million. The new buyer is Zhuobao International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. The company’s directors include Xu Kaixiang, Cai Xiaoya and Yang Weicheng, of which Xu Kaixiang is a Hong Kong resident; the consortium is expected to acquire more than 70% of the shares.
