Renting a house is as important as buying a building. The HILLSIDE, developed by the Sino Group, is located at 9 Cheong On Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It has mastered the advantages of Hong Kong Island’s commercial core area and is expected to attract the attention of Central Talent.

The project is a single-storey 11-story residential building with two units on the first floor. There are 22 units with a leased floor area of 558 and 559 square feet (available area of 362 and 364 square feet). All units are one. Room separated. The developer has opened the existing building and decorated the demonstration unit to the media. It is located in the A room on the 8th floor. The unit has a small entrance.
