Sai Kung Kowloon Tong House sold for a total value of $990 million

Liang Yilin, a senior director of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Department of Jones Lang LaSalle, said that the bank was commissioned by the owner to act as an exclusive agent to sell six bungalows in Yinhao Villa, No. 9 Yinqiao Road, Sai Kung, and No. 5, Gaochun Road, Jiulongtang Village, Kowloon. The Jubilee Villa covers an area of more than 32,000 square meters and has six two-storey high-rise houses. The total usable area is about 11075 square meters, and the tender is closed on June 13.

As for the 5th block of Gaochun Road, it was closed on May 31, covering an area of about 8747 square meters and a practical area of 12683 square meters. Market participants estimate that the market value of the Silver Jubilee Villa is about 480 million yuan, and the value of the No. 5 bungalow on Gaochun Road is about 510 million yuan, with a total value of 990 million yuan.
