Kam Tin Land Estate Scheme does not support

A village-style development site in Nanchong Road, Kam Tin, Yuen Long, to apply for residential development and construction of 28 residential units. The Planning Department considers that the scheme or the impact of the development of public housing in the vicinity does not support the redevelopment scheme. The review was approved.

The site is located at the junction of Donghui Road and Kam Po Road, covering an area of 114,600 square feet. It is now a plastic factory. The Planning Department does not support it because the district has been planned for public housing development. If the site is converted into private buildings, it will affect the future supply of public housing.
