7 tenders received by Fanling Industrial Land

Fanling Industrial Land intercepted 7 bids yesterday, the response was in line with expectations, and many old developers competed for it.

This year’s only one is located in the industrial land of Fanling Safe Street. It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Fanling Railway Station. The nearby driveway can pass through the water, Lok Ma Chau and other places. It can build 203,000 square feet of floor space. Industrial, warehouse and other diverse uses, and public parking lots must be built without deduction of floor space.

The site was closed with 7 tenders yesterday. The tenders were Xindi (00016), Hengdi (00012), Xinzhi (00083), Emperor International (00163), Yijing, and more than 45 years of paper trade in Hong Kong. Senxin Paper (00731), which manufactures its business, is solely bidding.

Near port to drive the development of industrial buildings

Pan Qicong, the marketing manager of Yijing, said that the land is easy to travel to and from the mainland, the scale is moderate, the shape is neat and easy to plan, and the bid has reflected the factors of building a public parking lot.

Zhang Siwei, Senior Property Director of Emperor International, said that the site can be used for recording studios or industrial warehouses. The planning is more flexible and the near-land port can drive the economy of the area.

The industry’s valuation of the land is between 610 million and 750 million yuan. The floor price per square foot is 3,000 to 3,700 yuan, which is expected to challenge the high prices of all industrial sites in Hong Kong.
