H Queen rented out 90% of the art industry accounted for 65%

H Queen’s occupancy rate of Grade A commercial building at No. 80 Queen’s Road Central, Henderson Land (00012) is 90%. Li Jingen, the granddaughter of Henderson Land and the senior deputy general manager of the Group’s rental department, said that 65% of the tenants are from the art industry and the rest are catering. And life and leisure industries, including 8 galleries, 6 restaurants and a cake shop, of which the floor rented by the art industry, rent about 100 yuan.

Central H Code opens at the end of this month

Li Jingen revealed that the project will have new tenants to enter, but no details have been disclosed. The commercial building was completed in March last year.

On the other hand, the group’s H Code, located in Yudian Street, Central, also developed in an artistic style. It officially opened at the end of March and some restaurants are now undergoing trials. Li Jingen hopes that there will be cooperation opportunities in the next two projects, including art and creativity. H Zentre, located in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, is built around the theme of healthy living and will be opened at the end of this year or early next year.
