230,000 rented a hilltop house

At the top of the mountain, a house lease was rented. The Yuxi Garden House, which was held by Zhou Qibang’s wife Huang Yonglin, was rented out at a monthly rent of $230,000, with an average rent of $67.

The site is a bungalow in Yuxi Garden, No. 4, Beipiao Road, and the manager of the Lijiage Branch, Liang Zhiwei, said that the bungalow has a usable area of about 3,436 square meters, four rooms and four sets of spaces, and the mountain view is rented. The customer rented a rent of 230,000 yuan per month, with an average rent of about $67.

67 yuan only 1.3% return

According to the Land Registry, the owner, Fu Ying Development Co., Ltd., bought the above site for about $220 million in January 2012. Fu Ying Director Huang Yulin is the wife of Zhou Qibang (deceased) son Zhou Guofeng. Based on the purchase price, the current return is about one per cent. Mr Leung added that the above tenancy was temporarily recorded in Yu Hing Estate this month. There is no other listing in the estate.
