The new tenant is Le Creuset, a French kitchenware brand. .

Guangdong Can Road, one of the most expensive shops in Hong Kong, recorded the first rental this year, which involved Shop 4, Unit 4, and Shop 5, Ground Floor, Man Lee Building, No.86-98 Canton Road. The shop area was approximately 2,518 square feet. 1.25 million people rented for nearly 500 yuan, and the new tenant was Wanning, a personal care product store. When the property market peaked in 2013, it was leased by Chow Tai Fook with a monthly rental of RMB 4.5 million. The property was leased out after a year and a half, and the rent fell by 72%.
