According to the Land Registry, the C store on the lower ground floor of the Oushi Building, 15 to 19 Hollywood Road, Central, has a construction area of about 800 square feet. It was purchased by Fu Huang Co., Ltd. for 65 million yuan, and the price was about 81.25 million yuan. The director is Keith Kerr, former chairman of Swire Properties (01972), and is expected to acquire. The original owner purchased the property for 17.5 million yuan in 2009, holding the goods for 10 years, and the book profit was 47.5 million yuan, an appreciation of 2.7 times.
