Huang Jinxi, the chief joint regional manager of Midland Realty, said that there is a high-rise room C, Block 23, Sha Tin First City, Sha Tin District, Shatin District. The two rooms are separated by 327 square meters. The rent is about 16,000 yuan per month and the rent is about 48.9 yuan.

It is reported that the latest monthly rent of the flat is the new monthly high rent for the two-bedroom households in the estate; the owner purchased the flat in about $1.65 million in 2009.
