Hang Lung 40 million renovation of two projects in Mong Kok

Hang Lung Properties (00101) stated that it has invested about RMB 40 million to upgrade the Jialefang and Hollywood Business Centres in Mong Kok. Optimization works include the renovation of exterior walls, elevator lobbies and parking lot entrances. It is expected to be completed by 2019.

Together with the earlier investment of RMB 200 million to refurbish the Arland Centre, Hang Lung has invested RMB 240 million in the optimization project of the property portfolio in Mong Kok.
