22 parking spaces in Huasheng Industrial Building sold 44 million

The Huasheng Group, which has recently increased its land bank through official and private mergers and acquisitions, has just sold a total of 22 parking spaces in the Fosun Huasheng Industrial Building for RMB 44 million, with an average price of RMB 2 million per car park.

Huayu sold a total of 22 parking spaces on the first floor of Washeng Industrial Building, No. 14-18 Wong Chuk Yeung Street, for a transaction price of 44 million yuan. The new buyer is Huasheng Cargo Parking Investment Co., Ltd. The company’s directors include Wei Zhenxiong, chairman of Yingxin Holdings (00015) and others. The second-hand transaction price for the recent parking lot in the Huasheng Industrial Building ranged from 1.7 million to 1.9 million yuan, which means that Huasheng sold the parking space 5.3% to 17.6% higher than the market price.

According to statistics, the Huasheng Industrial Building was developed by Chinachem and was completed in 1987, which means that Huayu had sold the parking lot for about 31 years before it was sold.

In addition, a double parking space on the first floor of Huadu Square in Fanling was sold for 1.76 million yuan, creating a new high price for parking spaces in the estate. The original owner bought 890,000 yuan in 2015, holding a 97.8% appreciation for 3 years.
