Swire Properties has shelved the sale of Pak Shek

Swire Properties (1972) announced in May this year that it would sublease its Quarry Bay serviced residential project, Taikoo Place Park (formerly known as “Taiwan Place Park”), and expect it to be within this year. Sale. However, the group issued a statement yesterday that the company will continue to rent out as a serviced residence.

Swire Properties stated that the Group has reconsidered the future development of Taikoo Place, and decided to continue to hold the property for long-term investment and continue to operate as a serviced residence.

The decision was based on the overall long-term development of Taikoo Place and it is believed that the company will continue to hold the Bosho beneficial company to optimize the Taigufang community in the future. The group has not deployed any other projects for sale.

The 28-storey berth is located in Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay. It offers 111 groups, including open plan, one or two rooms, and a top floor feature. The saleable area ranges from 340 to 1,140 square feet.
